How OptionSpire collects, uses, and protects personal information

OptionSpire is operated by an individual doing business as OptionSpire ("OptionSpire," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you use our website and services (collectively, the "Service").
When you create an account or contact us, we collect information such as your name, email address, profile image, and the information in your message. If you sign in with Google, we receive the account information that Google makes available to us, such as your name, email address, and profile image.
We also collect the information you choose to save in the Service, including tracked stock symbols, saved options strategies, strategy legs, risk snapshots, and related timestamps. OptionSpire does not connect to, access, or execute transactions in your brokerage account.
We use Stripe to process purchases by customers in the United States. For customers outside the United States, we use Waffo Pancake. Waffo Pancake may act as the merchant of record and handle payment processing, applicable taxes, invoices, refunds, chargebacks, and related support.
Stripe and Waffo Pancake collect payment-card and billing information through their checkout pages. We do not store complete payment-card numbers. We receive limited transaction information, such as the payment provider, payment status, subscription details, transaction and customer identifiers, dates, and amounts, so that we can provide the Service and manage subscriptions.
When you use the Service, we and our service providers may collect technical and usage information, including IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, referring source, interactions with the Service, and session information. We use this information to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Service.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. Google Analytics may use cookies and similar technologies to collect online identifiers, device and browser information, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, referral source, and interactions with the website. When you delete your account, we immediately delete your saved tracked symbols, saved strategies, strategy legs, and risk snapshots from our active systems. Payment providers may retain transaction, billing, tax, fraud-prevention, and other records according to their own legal and retention obligations. We may also retain limited information where required or permitted by law, including for security, fraud prevention, disputes, and legal compliance.
You may update information associated with your account through the Service, delete your account through the account settings when available, and unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in the email. You may also contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable law and verification of your request.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights. We will respond to valid requests in accordance with applicable law.
California residents may have the right to request information about the personal information we collect, use, and disclose; to request deletion or correction of personal information; and to receive equal service and price when exercising their privacy rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are used for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
